1. I got my hair permed for the first time. I realized I am blessed with curly hair, so I shouldn’t go against it. Resolution: embrace natural beauty, checked.

Movie review: Due Date
In many ways, it seems obvious that Due Date is produced to follow director Todd Phillip’s successful, award-winning film, The Hangover. And I was very excited to see it. I was longing for endless laughs during the film like I had with The Hangover.

I recently met a doctor who enlighten me a few of very important things about eating habit. He runs a colon cleansing clinic and part of the cleansing is a session that he calls a “mind cleansing”. He only confirms everything I read on the internet about mindful eating. He does it better though, because he’s Indonesian and it’s contextual to our eating habit.
